Every battery system must meet international standards and regulations to be approved and safely operated. Mistakes in this process can cause costly delays and safety risks. PEM Motion ensures that projects are aligned with compliance requirements from the earliest development stages.
Key standards include UN 38.3, IEC 62619, IEC 62133, ISO 26262, as well as various national and regional regulations. PEM Motion has extensive experience with all of these standards and provides clear, structured guidance for efficient implementation.
The CE marking is not a certification from an independent body but rather a self-declaration by the manufacturer that the product complies with EU directives. The manufacturer is responsible for the conformity assessment and must create and maintain the corresponding documentation in order to be authorized to affix the CE marking to the product.
We support you in this process and handle all necessary tasks, from risk assessment and technical documentation to communication with testing laboratories and centers.
